DISTILLERY SPRING OPEN STUDIOS 2012

Every Spring and Fall the artists in South Boston open up their doors to the public for Open Studios. This includes the building I live in and work out of, The Distillery. Over 35 artists in our building alone will have their creative spaces open to view art, have some drinks, and speak with the artists first-hand. Of course, many new art and design pieces will be for sale that day too, so bring your wallets!

The DPM Studio will be open selling Dance Party Massacre, as well as a chance to see where I work out of every day. The building itself is very cool; converting an old rum distillery (hence the name) into live/work spaces for 100+ artists/designers/companies. The history of the building is still felt in the old wooden floors, crackling paint, and unique spaces. Stop on by a week from today! (Look for the large brick building that looks like this.)

Open Studios at The Distillery: 516 E 2nd St, Boston, MA
Dance Party Massacre: Studio 411
Time: Sunday, June 3 / 12-6PM
