After the music video with dead models and dancing with crutches, the bloodletting at one of the most popular music awards shows, and now a new video complete with masked dancers, alien eyes, contorted bodies, and weirdly alluring characters I’ve come to a decision: I like Lady Gaga.
If she goes back to creating just listenable dance-pop (often with a little too much Eurotrash flavor) I’ll take it back, but her current state of strange, sexy, and weird high-fashion performance dance art gets the DPM approval. I will still completely understand if people don’t like her, but anyone that mixes in Alfred Hitchcock references into their pop song has to be put into the “Pretty Awesome” category.

You can also put her in my “Guilty Pleasure” category along with Gossip Girl, in which Lady Gaga makes an appearance tonight.
