If you don’t like this band I think you’re dumb.
Their sound makes me think of dreams inside a dark room and thoughts haunting me in my sleep.
Hello gals and ghouls,
With this recent Winter release I had an idea and a few of my friends helped me play that out for a video. It’s not really a commercial, but a little short, something interesting, low-budget, having some fun, different, whatever. I’d like to keep pushing DPM past just graphic tees and this was our first attempt at a film. Enjoy!
A HUGE thanks to Ryan Gibeau for SO much help on it! Under his Rock*It Films company he’s worked on music videos for bands like Ludo and Barefoot Truth. Having him around to direct and edit was a lifesaver. (He even shot the product shots in the store!)
Thanks also to Nick Dakoulas (Ya, my bro!) for being Cinematographer, Mike Sokol for being one of the goofs (He also does website stuff for DPM!), John Weselcouch for creating original music, Kamie and Jacqueline for lighting, and my grandmother for letting us run amock around her house.
I very much just grabbed my friends who had free time one night and used them to their strengths. I’m super appreciative they went with the flow as we stood in snow in the middle of the woods with masks on our faces in the dead of night!

Helloo everyone,
Our latest product has now been released to our online shop! That’s 2 t-shirts, and one sweatshirt. We’ve never done a sweatshirt before! We also rereleased an older design (in a new colorway) I got requests for, and printed our new design on acid wash!
I have to say thanks to Lee Luker, who did the awesome wolf illustration for Wolves Vs. Werewolves. I then ruined it and drew all over that sucka! Ha.
With this release we also updated parts of the website. Some things to consider:

He knows if he ever even gets to try
He’ll bite down hard to make the monster cry
He knows if he ever even gets a chance
He’d sell his soul to make the monster dance
They can’t hurt you unless you let them
I will say it again
They cannot hurt you unless you let them

I’ve been watching Rob Dobi’s work for what must be over 5 years. He’s someone who’s consistently kept up with creating work, and gradually expanded his repertoire (from band shirts to book illustration to photography) while still having it all feel like his own.
His apparel line Fullbleed is known for it’s simple, but strong imagery mixed with a dark sense of irony and hope. It’s a line I lost track of last year, but am now following up with again.
Rob most recently put up for sale some new posters of Fullbleed designs, and with those subtle textures in the background it just adds so much. It’s still simple, but effective. It helps the imagery from becoming too plain when used as a poster.

OK, so I’ll admit I completely plan on seeing My Bloody Valentine 3D tomorrow night. While I generally loathe, and am disgusted by, the horror remake craze that’s been going for like 5 years and counting, I can’t pass up a 3D bloodfest on a big screen with an audience of U25s!
Still not much originality going on, but at least they’re rehashing 3D horror while they’re rehashing another already told story. And as of now Rotten Tomatoes says it’s not that bad.
Jason in 3D! From 1982.
I’ll watch the original first, maybe drink a beer or two, head on over to a late screening, and drag as many friends as I can along with me. They will be my date. We will all be each others dates if you get what I’m saying.

Enjoy The Zoo opened for Gym Class Heroes last week and the lead singer, Jim Wes, was wearing our Eyeconic shirt!
Check out the video above that a fan posted on YouTube, and you can view another clip of them performing here.

We’ve been meaning to keep quiet, but we’re releasing a few designs come the end of the month. As thanks for keeping up with our blog, here is an EXCLUSIVE LOOK!
This is the first time we’ll be offering a sweatshirt, we’re rereleasing Something’s After Us in a new colorway, and why not print up an acid wash shirt with gangsta wolves on it?
More details to come later. We’re completing a video we shot to go along with the release, and once everything is said and done it’ll all be on the website!
YEAA.
